I have been reading / studying a lot about hedge fund activism. This Knowledge @ Wharton article (related to Icahn's proposed breakup of TimeWarner) does a great job of incorporating all the issues and differing points of view.

In May '06 my wife and I relocated from Chapel Hill, NC to Portland for her residency in internal medicine at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU).
